Product Description
Working principle
1. The operator places the SMD料盘 (40 PCS) into the feeding component.
2. The material trays are sequentially transferred to the conveyor line via mechanical gripper arms.
3. The conveying mechanism transports the material tray to CCD1 station for positioning and barcode reading, then rotates it to the precise angle. The system sends the barcode information from the material tray to the WMS system, which in turn controls the printer to print labels.
4. The conveying mechanism transports the tray to the labeling station, where the labeling mechanism applies labels to the tray.
5. Next, the material tray is conveyed to the verification unit, where CCD2 identifies the labels affixed to the tray and sends the identification results to the WMS system for review. The review result (OK or NG) is then transmitted back to the system. If the review result is NG, the rejection unit removes the tray and directs it to the NG product storage bin.
6. The conveying mechanism transports the material trays to the feeding station, where they are automatically stacked and palletized, ready for manual collection.

● Efficiency: 5 seconds per label, with high labeling accuracy of ±0.1 mm (excluding product tolerance); labels are applied smoothly and without wrinkles.
● Equipped with an NG channel, it automatically rejects non-conforming materials, ensuring order accuracy and reliability.
● The equipment features automatic feeding, dual labeling stations, material discharge, and verification functions, reducing labor requirements and improving work efficiency.
