Quickly and automatically aligns and assembles LCDs of various sizes and specifications.
Functional Features
Add a barcode scanner and connect it to the host computer system, which can interface with any WMS, ERP, MES, or similar systems.
Each steel shim is individually motor-controlled, and the positioning tolerance of the steel shims is guaranteed to be within ±0.02 mm.
The human-machine interface is designed for convenient debugging, allows recording and saving parameters for each machine model, enables quick recall of settings, and features multiple layers of safety protection—all while being simple and easy to operate.
Scope of application
Suitable for bonding 7- to 17-inch LED screens produced by various laptop assembly factories; custom sizes available for screens exceeding these dimensions.

Workflow
1. Quickly switch to the corresponding base mold according to the product.
2. Set the corresponding parameters on the handheld touchscreen. (The parameters can store data for multiple products; when switching products, simply select the corresponding parameter data.)
3. After setting the parameters, place the product into the bottom mold. Press the start button; the positioning cylinders on the front and left sides will activate, aligning the product’s origin at the upper-left corner. Once positioned correctly, the lifting motor will move to the set position, and the inserting motor will move to its designated location. Then, manually insert the LCD.
4. After confirming that the LCD is properly installed, press the reset button to remove the product. Repeat the process as needed.
